partner:
CFX nor flash adopts universal serial interface (SPI), supports dual-i/o and quad-i/o SPI, and the frequency can reach up to 108MHz (quad-i/o is equivalent to 432mhz). With excellent data retention and temperature resistance, the controller can directly execute code (XIP) from the SPI interface, while using less pins and space. NOR flash memory is commonly used for code storage and execution, allowing fast random access to any location in the memory array. CFX can provide two types of NOR flash memory: serial and parallel mode, which has been realized in mass production.
Technical advantages: it has reached the automotive and industrial level, with high reliability, low power consumption, fast data exchange speed and wide temperature resistance range.
